Hewlett-Packard (HP) Company and TEC Services have identified a network configuration problem that has been experienced by customers who are using the HP LaserJet Printer Models 2400, 4250, 4350, 9050, and 4345 mfp series.The source of this network configuration issue has been isolated to the JetDirect Network Interface Card (J7949E).
