Expedited Service

Customers who wish to improve their service priority can purchase the Express Service option for $75.00. This option provides the following uplift over the standard service fees, and is only applicable to non-warranty repairs since warranty repairs already earn the highest service priority:

The computer is given a service priority equivalent to that associated with warranty repairs, our very highest priority. This means that the equipment will be diagnosed at the earliest opportunity on a first come –first served basis within the warranty service category. In short, this premium service fee ensures the diagnostic component of the repair process is expedited.

Since we have no control over the delivery time for the replacement parts, we cannot commit to a firm date for completing the repair. Once the part arrives at our facility, we will assure that it receives a priority in our reception process and that the repair technician completes the repair as soon as he/she receives the necessary part(s).

Customers who desire a faster outbound or inbound shipping method for the part(s) should select one or both of these options on the Work Order Info Form adjacent to the EXPRESS SERVICE option. The customer will be responsible for paying the price of all expedited shipping costs, outbound or inbound.
